The Golden Slipper is often regarded as the racing event of the year because the event is all about style, speed and prestige. Each year, the best two-year old Thoroughbred horses battle it out to take home the world's richest race for their age, with a prize pool in excess of $3.5 million on offer.

The AAMI Golden Slipper Day is Sydney's biggest party, offering a day of live entertainment, MYER Fashions on the Field, a post-race concert, hospitality options and of course, horse racing.
